BFS Micropore Leak Inspector

The technology of non-destructive high-voltage discharge sealability detection is employed in BFS micropore leak inspectors. When there is a hole or crack in the insulating container, the high-voltage current will pass through the hole or crack into the liquid, resulting in a current value different from that of a perfectly sealed bottle. Based on this comparison, it can be determined whether the container leaks.

 

Main Applications

 

Micro-leak detection for various specifications of BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) plastic strip ampoule bottles, such as single-use essence serum bottles and eyedrops.

 

Functional Features

 

  1. Can detect micro-leaks of 5.0μm or larger, providing higher precision compared to traditional vacuum and dyeing detection methods.
  2. Do not use dyeing liquid for detection, thus preventing secondary contamination of the product medication.
  3. Due to the low energy applied to the BFS plastic strip ampoule bottles, there are no side effects on the product.
