Functional Features

 

  1. The equipment is mainly used for appearance inspection for PP plastic bottles, plastic ampoule bottles.
  2. To Inspect the product appearance, liquid level, punching burr, color spot, color block, punching material accumulation, missing punching, etc. The unqualified products can be rejected automatically. The rejection accuracy can be adjusted arbitrarily with the image processing. 
  3. Omnidirectional camera inspection function, sampling photos for the product from up, down, front and back sides. The camera combined with a variety of light sources can inspect different complex environments.
