From October 24th to 25th, the first Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Ecological Partner Conference was grandly held in Shandong Province. Santuo was highly recognized by Lunan Pharmaceutical Group and was awarded the "Best Ecological Partner in Equipment Engineering Systems" at this conference.

On October 25th, a delegation led by Secretary-General Zou from the Guangdong Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association visited Guangzhou Santuo for a visit and exchange. They were warmly welcomed by the company's General Manager, Mr. Lan.

At Santuo, we proudly celebrate our new role as an internship base for Guangzhou Maritime University students. The visit from the college's Dean and experts significantly strengthened our bond, and during their time with us, we engaged in discussions that identified mutual interests and collaboration opportunities, paving the way for a fruitful partnership.

The BFS Labeling System restricts the product from shifting left and right through the conveyor belt guardrails, and then uses synchronized pressure belts to prevent the product from moving up and down, guiding the product for lateral transport. When the product passes the incoming material photoelectric eye, it triggers the servo drive, and labels are applied one by one to the tail end of the BFS flat surface. The label smoothing device then smooths and secures the label in place, achieving labeling identification for BFS products. The equipment is suitable for products such as multi-row or PP ampoules and is widely used in the pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries.

The automatic cartoning packaging line mainly consists of three major parts: carton opening, cartoning, and sealing. It can separately convey two types of products, bare bottles and boxed items, which converge at the cartoning area awaiting assembly. The robot features a dual-station fixture design, capable of picking up two layers of products at once and then moving the fixture to place them in two separate cartoning stations, where the cartons are waiting to be filled. The robot performs a reciprocating motion, completing the tasks of stacking products for cartoning, inserting paper dividers and instruction manuals, and finally sealing the cartons at the sealing machine. This production line is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and food.

The function of the vertical label rewinder is to transfer labels from one roll to another, performing various functions such as label counting, quality inspection, inkjet printing, coding, code inspection, barcode reading, and label direction change during the rewinding process. These functions can be flexibly selected according to needs.
