Working Principle

Buffer platform bottle feeding→Overturned bottles removal→Splitting bottle by screw→To the bottle feeding star wheel→Enter the main star wheel→The product sensor detects the incoming material and triggers the label dispensing→Simultaneous OCR visual inspection for Phase III printing→The rolling belt affixes the label firmly to the bottle→Products that have missed labeling and failed visual inspection are removed by the star wheel suction cup →Qualified products enter the next process
