The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology can be used to inspect the steel seal characters on the boxes. It can inspect the defects such as missing characters, too shallow printing, wrong content, etc. It can be used after the cartoning machine to automatically inspect the printing and reject the unqualified boxes. There is no special requirement for the color of the box. The inspection speed can be up to 300 boxes per minute.
