By utilizing a dual-channel bottle feeding system, multiple cameras are strategically positioned on both sides of the conveyor channel. As the bottles move along the conveyor, images are captured from 360 degrees at multiple angles. These images are then processed by a high-speed image processor, and detection software is used to identify any defects such as high/tilt caps, excessive fill levels, and appearance flaws. The defective products are then sorted and removed from the production line.
