The design of the label deviation correction mechanism ensures that the label will not deviate left or right during the traction process;
The tension controller ensures stable output tension and constant output speed of the belt, ensuring radial alignment of the belt;
The air expansion shaft is used for winding and unwinding, and the placement of the coil tube is simple and convenient, safe and applicable, with accurate labeling.

Using a counter reflective object sensor, for roll shaped labels with different colors on the surface, it will not trigger actions by mistake, ensuring that the machinery works in an optimal state.
All electric eyes are equipped with fiber optic sensors, which are not affected by external light or ultrasonic noise interference, and the detection is accurate.

The winding and unwinding are both automatic material changing and receiving, and can be stopped for easy and convenient operation.
By using touch screen display, parameters can be set according to the requirements of different products.
Install emergency stop buttons in prominent areas of the cabinet for easy operation and reduced production risks.
