The robotic labeling machine operates by the robot moving to a fixed label-picking position to trigger the printing of the label, while simultaneously automatically vacuum-sucking the label. As it moves to the labeling position, it automatically applies the label and smooths it out. With the cooperation of the pallet rotation mechanism, it can achieve the positioning and labeling of four large barrels.
Start the robot→Electric eye is triggered and the robot receives labeling instructions→Rotate and position for vacuum suction of large labels.→Rotate and position to apply large labels onto the barrel, while also automatically smoothing the labels→Rotate and position for vacuum suction of QR code labels.→Rotate and position to apply large labels onto the barrels, while also automatically smoothing the labels→Labeling complete, scanner reads the code.→Continue with the previous steps in the cycle to label the subsequent barrels.
