The Labeling and Bottle-to-tray inserting machine uses sensors to detect and provide signals required by the system. It is controlled by a PLC system that coordinates the operation of tray separation, labeling, and tray inserting, ultimately achieving the efficient and stable process of vertical feeding, horizontal labeling, and then loading the glass ampoules into the plastic blister trays. This machine is suitable for the automatic tray separation, labeling, and loading of ampoules and oral liquid bottles in the pharmaceutical industry.
The integrated design of labeling and tray-inserting saves installation space and reduces labor costs for operation.
• The labeling uses an inclined horizontal roller chain conveyor, effectively ensuring the axial stability of the product during the conveying process. The bottom of the bottle comes into contact with the side barrier, providing a uniform reference for labeling, resulting in higher labeling accuracy.
• The entire labeling system has an adjustment mechanism with three degrees of freedom in space, suitable for labeling bottles of various sizes, and can effectively eliminate the impact of manufacturing errors on labeling accuracy.
• The automatic tray separating machine uses an independent blower, which is not affected by the air consumption of on-site equipment, ensuring a stable negative pressure and a reliable tray suction effect.
• The tray inserting employs patented technology with an automatic buffer S-shaped chute, combined with servo bottle feeding, ensuring smooth bottle entry into the chute without jamming, while with servo bottle-to-tray is precise, stable, and efficient.
• Optional batch code printing and visual inspection rejection function, realizing online printing and inspection, ensuring product quality.
