Integrated Glass Ampoule Visual Inspection and Labeling System

This machine is equipped with multiple cameras arranged at various angles. It continuously captures high-speed photographs at a high frame rate to obtain high-quality images while in operation. These images are then converted into digital signals by an image processor. The system ultimately identifies and distinguishes products with external defects, insufficient liquid levels, visible foreign objects in the content liquid, etc., and separates them for rejection.

 

Functional Features

 

  1. The light inspection uses the vision industry leading brand Cognex detection algorithm software, which is mature and powerful, featuring ultra-fast learning speed deep learning capabilities to ensure stable and efficient inspection results.
  2. The light inspection machine employs multiple servo bottle-rotating mechanisms that can quickly disperse sediment to facilitate detection of bottom sediment foreign matter, and also incorporates proprietary condensing penetration technology to ensure precise and efficient inspection.
  3. Bottles are conveyed by a horizontal roller, with the bottom in contact with the guide rod to form a uniform benchmark. The conveyor rollers and the bottle-belt together form a three-point positioning system that holds the bottles firmly, allowing for high precision labeling.
  4. Labeling has a wide range of optional features, enabling high-speed printing and online visual inspection of print quality with the ability to reject defective products. It can also detect and reject missing labels.
  5. The automatic tray separating machine uses independent blowers that are not affected by the air consumption of other equipment on-site, ensuring a stable negative pressure for reliable suction tray separating performance.
  6. The tray inserting machine utilizes a patented S-shaped chute with automatic buffering technology and servo bottle-feeding, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted bottle entry into the chute without bottles getting stuck or sideways, while the servo bottle-feeding into tray is precise, stable, and efficient.
