Double side labeling machines are mainly used in the pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries for double-sided labeling of square, flat bottles, boxes, and other products. For example, laundry detergent bottles, grain and oil bottles, wine bottles, microcolumn gel cards and so on.

 

Working Principle

 

The double side labeling machine operates by evenly spacing out products using a separating wheel, then correcting the orientation with a correction belt and securing the product's transport position with a top stabilizer. Finally, the label is triggered by a sensor, and the label is precisely adhered to the bottle body.

Functional Features

 

  1. All adjustment positions of the equipment are equipped with scale rulers, making the position adjustment intuitive and convenient
  2. The labeling drive adopts emery material active roller and adaptive rubber pressure roller. The emery roller has great friction force, which can effectively control the marking and stopping accuracy. At the same time, the emery also has extremely high wear resistance, ensuring durability
  3. The correction strap adopts a double elastic chain design, which can fit products with incomplete planes such as curvature on both sides well, ensuring that the product passes through normally and can flexibly correct its orientation to ensure labeling accuracy
  4. The top belt power transmission adopts hinge wheels and synchronous conveying to ensure speed synchronization and reliable and durable transmission structure
  5. The top stabilizer adopts an elastic structure design to ensure that products with different height deviations can still pass through normally without affecting the clamping force of adjacent products, ensuring consistent product conveying orientation and precise labeling
  6. The design of two labeling head on both sides allows for labeling on either side or both sides simultaneously
  7. The main body and key mechanisms of the entire machine are made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, which are durable and do not rust, and comply with GMP specifications
