Working Principle

The products are arranged tightly on the conveyor belt.→After correcting the clamping belt, adjust the orientation of the box and evenly spread out the spacing.→The box enters the top belt in a uniform direction and is pressed down by the top belt, maintaining this position as it moves forward.→The product sensor detects the incoming material and triggers the label dispensing.→The label dispensers on both sides apply labels.→The bending device smooths the label and ensures it adheres firmly.→Removing products that have missed labeling. →Forward conveying qualified products.

Functional Features

1. The equipment is compatible with a variety of product specifications. Switching production only requires simple adjustments without the need to replace molds, and the adjustment parts are all marked with scale rulers, making the changeover more precise and convenient.
2. The labeling drive utilizes a emery-coated active roller and an adaptive rubber pressure roller. The emery roller has a high friction coefficient, which allows for excellent control over the accuracy of labeling and stopping, while also providing exceptional wear resistance to ensure durability over time.
3. The top belt is designed with an elastic structure to ensure that products with varying height deviations can still pass through normally without affecting the clamping force on adjacent products. This guarantees that the products are transported in a consistent orientation, allowing for precise labeling.
4. The main body and key mechanisms of the entire machine are made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, which are durable and resistant to rust, meeting the requirements of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
