BFS Cartoning Machine

The BFS cartoning machine achieves the packaging process through various mechanisms such as material distribution and conveying, automatic box supply, suction box forming, automatic paper folding and conveying, pushing material into the box, and sealing box forming. Photoelectric sensors are used for detection. The entire process, including automatic material feeding, automatic cartoning, and automatic detection and rejection, is coordinated and interlocked by the PLC control system to ensure that no material is sucked without a box, and no instructions are sent without a box.

When there is no product or product supply is insufficient, the machine will run idle without pushing products. It will automatically resume operation when product supply is restored, and will automatically stop if the product is not properly placed in the box.
The machine will automatically stop when there is no paper box or continuous absence of instruction manual.

Automatically displays the box-filling speed and counts the number of boxes.
