BFS auto collecting and sending vertical/horizontal cache mechanism is specifically designed for BFS ampoules with regular shapes, flat front and back surfaces, and no tilting when stacked horizontally, for vertical/horizontal collection and horizontal placement with buffering.
Upon receiving a full material signal from the conveyor belt detected by the sensor, the SCARA robot is triggered to automatically grab a stack of ten BFS products (five rows in a connected formation) vertically/horizontally from the conveyor belt and place them onto the buffer platform. This material-receiving action is repeated until the platform is full. When the conveyor belt sends a signal indicating a shortage of material, the SCARA robot is triggered to automatically grab a stack of ten BFS products (five rows in a connected formation) vertically/horizontally from the buffering platform and place them onto the conveyor belt. This material dispatching action is repeated until the buffer platform is empty.
