This device operates on the principle of machine vision. By strategically positioning the camera's field of view, it captures images of the product from various angles during operation. These images are then processed by a high-speed image processor, and detection software is used to identify defects such as high/tilt caps, excessive fill levels, and appearance flaws. The system can distinguish and remove these defective products.It is primarily used for inspecting the fill level and appearance quality of eye drop bottles, vials, and oral liquid bottles.

④ Visual Inspection 4: Four cameras on a moving platform; inspect for appearance.
⑤ Visual Inspection 5: One fixed camera; inspect for bottom arc corners.
3. The equipment is set up with 60 stations (grouped in sets of 4) and is equipped with servo motor control for self-rotation.
